Job Description
As an Adult or Pediatric Neuropsychologist at Northeast Neuropsychology, you will: Conduct comprehensive neuropsychological assessments for diverse patient populations including neurosurgical, neurologic, neuropsychiatric, neurodevelopmental, and forensic cases.
● Collaborate with a talented team of neuropsychologists, clinical psychologists, APRNs psychopharmacologists, and speech pathologists in a supportive, team-oriented setting.
● Contribute to our reputation as a trusted training center through supervision of trainees associated with local graduate schools and universities.

Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess:
● A Doctoral Degree (PhD or PsyD) as well as a postdoctoral fellowship in neuropsychology.

As an Adult or Pediatric Clinical Psychologist at Northeast Neuropsychology, your role will include:

- Providing therapy and consultations through telehealth services or in person services, ensuring accessibility and continuity of care for patients, regardless of their location.
- Collaborating with a skilled team of clinical psychologists, neuropsychologists, psychiatric pharmacology providers, and speech pathologists in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
- Contributing to our reputation as a trusted training center, supervising trainees from local graduate schools and universities, as needed.

- The operations team will schedule assessments, sessions, and client visits across your dedicated area, as well as complete all reminder calls and scheduling.
- Clinicians have autonomy regarding their daily schedule, weekday preference, and time slots.
- Telehealth offered as well as in person sessions based on preference of provider and clients.
- Completing and submission of documentation in the EMR in accordance with CMS, state, and governing guidelines.

Neuropsychology Technician
This position is based in Cheshire, CT
Position Overview:
The neuropsychology technician provides outpatient services to patients with various neurological disorders. Under the supervision of a licensed psychologist, the neuropsychology technician will administer and score psychological and neuropsychological tests. These tests assess cognitive and behavioral functioning across multiple domains, including intelligence, attention/executive functions, memory, language, visuospatial/quantitative abilities, mood and personality.
Key Responsibilities:
● Administers screenings, neuropsychological tests, and questionnaires, under direct supervision of a licensed psychologist.
● Score neuropsychological tests, report raw test results to the supervising psychologist, and assist in interpreting results.
● Maintains and updates neuropsychological measures documentation and procedures manuals.
● Demonstrates continued proficiency in skills required to administer standardized tests to the assigned patient population.
● Explains information to patients and their families, interacts with professional referral sources, and obtains informed consent when indicated.
● Performs other appropriate duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
● At minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or related field. Preferably a Master’s Degree or Master’s level course work.
● Minimum 1 year testing experience as a Neuropsychology Technician, Psychometrician, or Psychometrist.
● Interpersonal skills to be able to effectively relate with the patients, organizations, and other employees.
● Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and frequent interruptions from staff and patients without being distracted.
● Ability to communicate effectively with staff members, colleagues, and patients.
● Proficiency in the use of Outlook, G-Suite, Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office tools.
● Ability to handle problems consisting of multiple variables in an organized manner.
Compensation: This is a W-2 exempt position with a salary range of $52,000 to $60,000 and is 40 hours per week.
